- What Monthly Expenses Should I Prepare For?
- Our fee is based on a per-deal basis that consists of three areas: Operations, Technology, and Administration. That’s it. We charge a minimum monthly fee of $450, but waive it if you complete two deals or more that month. We want to get away from those pesky monthly desk fees that involve zero services, training, or support. Instead, reinvest your money into working with our Concierge+ and watch your business grow at a lower cost and far fewer headaches.
