Jessica Evanisky
Buying a home can be stressful, the first and most crucial obstacle is securing financing that is tailored to fit your current and future needs and offers a comfortable and flexible payment plan. With an abundance of misleading and overwhelming amounts of contradicting information either from advertising or word of mouth, a client benefits from having an unbiased third party opinion with their best interests in mind, this is where my services come in. I work from an informative perspective, ensuring the client knows the benefits and downfalls of multiple financing options, emphasizing the fine print to avoid any surprises and choosing which mortgage will best suit their immediate and future goals.
