Competitive Commission Split

- Starting Split: New associates start with a generous commission split, allowing you to retain a large percentage of your commissions from the get-go.

Compensation and Payment Terms
First Five Deals:
- 50/50 Split: For your first five deals with ARIVL, the commission is split 50/50. This structure is designed to provide you with extensive guidance and support in contract writing, negotiations, client communication, and accountability, helping you build a strong foundation for your career.
Commission Deductions: These deductions are standard on all deals, including the first five:
- Deal Fee: 0.1% of the sale price.
- Tech Fee: 1% of the commission amount.
- Advertising & Marketing Fund: 1% of the commission amount.
- ARIVL Franchise Fee: 1% of the commission amount.
- Direct Deposit Fee: $5 per transaction.
This structure ensures that you have access to essential technology, marketing resources, and franchise support without additional recurring costs such as monthly desk fees. Our goal is to maximize your earnings while providing you with all the tools necessary for success.
How You’ll Get Paid:
- Payment Timeline: We’ll pay you your commissions within 3 days after we receive the commission from the transaction.
- Processing Time: It can take 1-2 weeks for the commission to be processed, including the time it takes for the commission to go from the lawyer to the other brokerage, then to us, and finally to clear the cheque at the bank.
No Desk Fees

- We believe in minimizing overhead costs for our associates. That’s why we don’t charge desk fees. You can focus on building your business without worrying about unnecessary expenses.
