Well… the secret’s out.
After 18+ years in this industry, after thousands of conversations with REALTORS®, clients, brokers, and community partners… I’m officially stepping forward and running for a seat on the REALTORS® Association of Edmonton Board of Directors.
This isn’t something I take lightly. It’s something I’ve been thinking about for a long time. Our industry is changing — fast — and I believe it’s time for more brokers and REALTORS® who are on the ground, face-to-face with the market every day, to help guide where we’re going next.
🌱 Why Now?
Real estate in Edmonton is at a turning point.
New brokerage models, shifting consumer expectations, technology that evolves every 6 months, and increasing pressure on professionalism and transparency… it’s all happening at once.
And I don’t want to sit in the back seat and watch the change happen —
I want to help lead it.
I’m stepping forward because I believe:

We need a Board that champions education, accountability, and integrity.

Smaller and boutique brokerages deserve fair and equal representation.

Collaboration across brokerages — big and small — makes us all stronger.

💼 My Journey — and What I Bring
I’ve been a working REALTOR® in Edmonton since 2008.
I’ve lived the market shifts.
I’ve built a business from scratch.
I’ve failed, grown, adapted, and evolved — sometimes the hard way.
From joining a team → going solo → building my own team → and eventually launching ARIVL, a modern boutique brokerage built on creativity and service… every step of this adventure has shaped my leadership style:
Collaborative. Transparent. Forward-thinking. Practical. Honest.
These are the values I will bring to the RAE Board.

My vision is simple:
1. Raise the bar for professionalism and accountability.
Our industry needs stronger trust — from consumers and from each other.
2. Support brokers and associates of all sizes.
Boutique brokerages matter.
Established brokerages matter.
We’re better when all voices are at the table.
3. Build stronger relationships across Alberta and beyond.
We’re facing the same challenges — together. Let’s solve them together.
4. Make space for innovation.
Tech shouldn’t replace REALTORS®.
It should empower REALTORS®.
5. Strengthen community — inside and outside the Association.
Real estate is a people business… always has been, always will be.
🐾 A Bit of the Human Side
When I’m not working, I’m training at functional fitness classes, swimming, or exploring Edmonton’s dog parks with Sam and our two dogs — Oly (our Silkie Yorkie) and Henny (our very opinionated Dachshund).
They’re reminders to stay grounded, curious, and persistent — qualities I’ll bring to board leadership.
