It was such a pleasure to work with Jakie! I sold my first home with him and he made the process so easy. Jakie went above and beyond what I expected a realtor to do for me. He’s always there to answer my questions, give me advice, kept me updated about everything. He even referred me an electrician, house cleaner, anything I needed to get the house ready for possession. My house was listed with another realtor for 3 months in the summer. Jakie listed my house in the middle of winter and had it pending a sale within 4 days. Jakie is so knowledgeable in his field.
