Legal Process for Closing

The Closing process for home buyers involves the buyer's legal representative to connect with the seller's  legal representative to ensure the terms listed in the offer to purchase are properly met. This may include:
  1. Title Registration to the new owner
  2. Obtaining and executing the mortgage instructions from Buyer’s financing
  3. Transfer of funds at closing day
  4. Review Property Taxes Adjustment and advise any taxes due/owing
  5. Provide direction and advice should any issues arise
